The Artisan Pizza
This is not just any pizza. The dough is made on the day with fermentation that makes all the difference. Fresh ingredients, some sourced from the local weekly market. The menu changes every Friday with classic options and creative combinations the team tests and approves before they reach your table.

The Caipirinha
The Friday caipirinha features northeastern fruits: acerola, passion fruit, soursop, cashew — flavors you will not find in a conventional caipirinha. Made with freshly crushed ice and a generous pour.
Weekly Events
Each Friday has its own program: acoustic set on the terrace, guitar circle, themed night, travel quiz, destination tips exchange or the best conversation of the week with people from around the world. Ask at check-in what is coming up.
